Secretary / Department assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring efficient and effective office operations.

Your tasks:

    • Administrative and organizational support for the management division
    • Supervision of the administrative activity – acquisition, sale, marketing, compliance
    • Support in the area of inquiries, offers and quotations, contracts
    • Administrative and general correspondence
    • Documentation, presentations, monitoring and ensuring of appointments
    • Communication with clients and suppliers

 

Your profile:

    • Very good computer skills, MS Office applications
    • Commercial and economical skills
    • Languages – German, English, Romanian is a plus
    • Very good organizational skills, excellent communication skills, loyalty and
      determination
